COVID-19 INSURANCE: until April 2022 if you cannot come to the hotel due to the coronavirus it will be considered as a free cancellation and any prepaid amount will be refunded in the following cases:
- Confinement of the client area
- Confinement of the hotel area
- Hospitalization, sick leave or home confinement due to Covid-19 (provide medical proof to the hotel)
Only valid on bookings made directly with us. Bookings through an intermediary are governed by the conditions of the intermediary.
